The following books promote a vegan diet that has proved unhealthful for me. While following a vegan diet, I began showing signs of developing depression, and my total cholesterol level fell too low. I did enjoy the recipes, though. I just can’t make a lifestyle of veganism.
Excessive weight gain followed my stint with the Master Cleanse. I suspect that it broke my metabolism.
